Suites A, B, and C feature front-facing storefront windows and private entrances, making them well-suited for light retail, branding visibility, or appointment-based services.
Suite A includes a private restroom.
Suite B and C share a common space restroom.
Restroom access is reflected in the pricing of each space.
Rent includes the suite rental and water. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. For internet service, we recommend a 5G option, which can be obtained through T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon providers.
Yes. Public street parking is available for tenants and clients.
Yes. All spaces are offered in their current condition and are ready for tenant build-out or immediate use depending on your needs.
Yes, any suites can be combined if available for tenants who require additional square footage. Availability and terms can be discussed during a tour.
Lease terms may vary by suite and availability. Typically leases are 2-3 years but are open to discussing flexible options for the right tenant.
Exterior window signage as well as above the suites is generally permitted, subject to approval and consistency with permitting through the city of Fort Worth. Details will be reviewed during the leasing process.
